I am a sex therapist and clinical social worker - born and raised here in Spokane, WA. I’m passionate about helping people live authentically and heal from the past. I earned my MSW from Walden University in 2021, and I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, body positivity, sexual/relationship issues and religious trauma. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy, combining humanistic and existential models to meet you where you’re at.

I especially enjoy working with self-proclaimed “nerds”, teens, and adults, helping them navigate life’s big questions and challenges. As a sex-positive and multiculturally sensitive therapist, I create a space where you can explore your identity and healing process in a safe, welcoming environment. I’m also open to all spiritual beliefs and welcome those who may be exploring or healing from religious trauma. My goal is to support you in finding liberation, growth, and self-empowerment.
