Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes, I offer in-person sessions and telehealth sessions. Telehealth sessions utilize google meet and require a strong internet connection and a private place to meet. Telehealth session spots are limited and will be given priority for those who identify as disabled and/or live outside of Spokane (but in WA state).
Sessions can NOT take place while driving or when outside of the state of Washington. If one of these situations apply please let me know as soon as possible and reschedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sessions must be re-scheduled and/or cancelled within 48 business hours of your scheduled time. If you do not communicate with me about cancellations before this time you will be charged your full session fee. If you miss more than one month of services you will be moved to a week-to-week scheduling plan. If you miss more than five sessions you will be discharged from services. If you have an emergency, please let me know! The best way to privately communicate this information would be through utilizing the message feature on Simple Practice.
What if I run into financial struggles?
A financial hardship form is available upon request. Payment plans can also be made through my billing company Prestige Medical Billing.
How do I get access to my records?
All clinical records will be available for you in your Simple Practice portal. All financial information will be kept with my secure services with Prestige Medical Billing. If you require paper copies of any of your records they can be provided at an additional printing cost (if 10 pages or more).
